16th Suzuki Method International Convention, Matsumoto, Japan

2013 Suzuki Japan Tour is open.

Convention Dates: March 27, 2013-March 31, 2013

The 2013 tour is focused on the International Convention, to be held in Matsumoto for the first time in 14 years. Participants from all countries are welcome to join the tour in Tokyo, Matsumoto or the US.

Suzuki Japan Tour's goal is to assist first-time and experienced travelers to Japan (teachers, parents and students) with arrangements in Japan for travel, transfers, meals, accommodation and general information, and offer a variety of English-language group sightseeing of Japan's tourist and cultural highlights.

The Basic Tour itinerary can be added to with days earlier or days after for further sightseeing, homestay or other activities on request.

Tours range from highlights for first-time visitors to Japan, to others more off the beaten path for experienced travelers to Japan.
Prices for the different tour options will be dependent on the number of participants, in order to reflect the lowest possible costs 

Come to Matsumoto, Japan!

The 16th Suzuki Method World Convention will be held in Matsumoto, Japan, operated by the Talent Education Research Institute. The five-day program from March 27 to March 31 provides an intensive international musical experience for students, siblings, teachers and parents following the Suzuki method. Activities may include group lessons, strings orchestra training, ensemble class, master class and students’ concerts. Classes are divided roughly according to students’ levels with Suzuki instructors for each group. 

This is a great opportunity to participate and learn from qualified Suzuki teachers in groups with children from Japan and other nations. 

Outstanding performances will be highlighted at the welcoming and closing ceremonies amongst other events. Parents, teachers, students and siblings may attend lectures on the Suzuki method, observe classes and participate in the Conventionand programs.
